Terms of Use

1. Operator and acceptance

Maya (Design Interview Coach) is operated by Bulgakova Valeriia in Cyprus. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service provides

The service provides educational interview practice for Product and UX Designers. It may generate questions, transcripts, suggestions, and feedback using artificial intelligence.

3. AI limitations

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Review all suggestions critically before using them. Do not rely on the service as the sole basis for employment, legal, financial, medical, or other high-impact decisions.

4. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of job descriptions, background information, portfolio stories, and answers you provide. You authorize us and our service providers to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.

Do not upload confidential employer information, personal data about another person without authority, or content you do not have the right to use.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• abuse, disrupt, probe, or attempt to bypass service security;
• use automated methods to exhaust AI or infrastructure resources;
• submit illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content;
• reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it;
• use the service to make automated high-impact decisions about others.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every AI request will succeed. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on AI output. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Ending use

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may restrict access for material abuse, security threats, or violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.

10. Governing law and contact
