Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account and associated data inside the app or request deletion by email.
Delete inside the app
- Open Maya and sign in.
- Open the Account tab.
- Select Delete account.
- Enter your current password and confirm the permanent deletion.
Request deletion from the web
If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address associated with your account.
Email an account deletion request
You can also write directly to maya.interview.support@gmail.com with the subject “Maya account deletion”.
What is deleted
- Your authentication account and email identifier.
- Saved job descriptions, background text, and portfolio stories.
- Interview sessions, questions, transcripts, scores, and feedback.
- AI response reports and support requests linked to your account.
- Usage-limit metadata linked to your account.
Raw interview audio is not stored by Maya.
Processing time
In-app deletion is designed to take effect immediately. Email requests are normally completed within 30 days. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Limited records may be retained only where required by law, security obligations, or active dispute resolution.
Important
Account deletion is permanent. Deleted interview history and feedback cannot be restored.
